The resources listed below are recommendations, not requirements. Feel free to use any technologies that best fit your project.

Tools & Technologies

You may use any programming language, framework, or hardware platform to build your project.

Remember that your goal isn't necessarily to build a fully polished product. Most successful hackathon projects are minimum viable products (MVPs) that demonstrate the core idea and its potential impact.

If you're new to programming or working under time constraints, languages such as Python or JavaScript are excellent choices due to their large ecosystems and rapid development. (Fun Fact: Many engineering teams first prototype ideas in Python to validate they work, then rewrite parts of code that are critical for performance in languages such as C++)
